Return & Refund Policy

Luggageology.com reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Returns Policy on Luggagology.com.

Please note that all products must be returned unused, in their original box and packaging.

Luggageology.com is dedicated to the highest quality assurance of the products that we carry.

In an unlikely event that a problem arises as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship within 30 days from the original shipped date, Luggageology will replace the item or refund your payment after the item is returned to us. After we received your item, please allow 10-15 business days for us to process your return or replacement.

When mail back the item, we highly recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. Luggageology is not responsible for packages lost in transit during this process.

Please note that all return and replacement process must follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us first with your order number/ date and the reason for replacement/return to request a Return Authorization Number.
  2. After this step, please allow 3-5 business days to receive a follow-up email from us.
  3. More instructions will be provided on the email to you.

Refund Policy

luggageology.com offers a 30 days money back policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from the delivery date of the item to obtain a Return Authorization Number. After we issue the Return Authorization Number to you, the item must be send back to us within 10 business days from that date in order to receive the full refund. If you failed to send back the item within 10 business days, Refunds are issued at the discretion of Luggageology.com, and we reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy.

All final/closeout sales are non-returnable, non-refundable or for replacement.

Please note that a full refund is only valid when qualifying the conditions below:

  1. All merchandise must be in unused and the same new condition when you first received them.
  2. We will not be able to replace or refund for used items or damaged items due to normal wear & tear, misuse, improper care.
  3. Airline damage or mishandling are not covered by Luggageology.com. If an airline damages your luggage, please file a claim right away with them directly.
  4. Returns will not be valid without an Return Authorization Number that we email to you.
  5. Please include a copy of your Return Authorization Number email with your returned merchandise.
  6. Once your merchandise is received and inspected by Luggageology, you will be credited back with the original price of the product and any applicable taxes. Any shipping fees are not refundable.

Please note that during the return process, all return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser. For the qualify refund, please allow 3-5 business days from the date we received your return item to process the credit back to your card.

Any Warranty issue after 30 days of your purchase with Luggageology.com, please refer to the manufacturers for Warranty Service.
